Below are the 16 GH5 songs that weren't exported to Band Hero. Why not? Reports suspect some songs were kept from exporting to the E10-rated family friendly Band Hero due to their risque titles or content. (For example: Sex on Fire). However, the Band Hero 65 track song list includes songs like "Bad Reputation" which repeat the line "I don't give a damn about my bad reputation", making the censorship a questionable claim.
More likely, the tired old music licensing disputes are what prevent the following songs from exporting.

Man, I got excited for a second when i loaded your site, i thought there was an announcement on more Export songs
As for those 16 songs, i am pissed that they left out 11 of the songs that i was hopeing that would export. See i imported/exported both ways, just because i love the DS party mode on Band Hero where everyone can pass the DS around and pick thier songs and you dont have to worry about always going to the setlist screen while playing the game. I just dont get why "Fame"/"Under Pressure" didnt make the export with "Lets Dance" by Bowie already on the BH setlist. Also "Play that Funky Music" COME ON! this song SCREAMS Band Hero!
I just asked Activision yesterday about additional song Exports and they said to stay tuned but they couldn't tell me anything right now. Bummer… But I'm definitely watching like a hawk.
Good call on Fame, Under Pressure, and Play that Funky Music! I agree it would make a lot of sense for those to be in Band Hero.
That DS party mode sounds awesome, now I'm kinda wishing GH5 had that too. It's like a remote commander for Guitar Hero.
I second that. Under Pressure, Plug In Baby, *** On Fire, 2 Minutes to Midnight, & Runnin' Down A Dream are the only songs keeping me from buying Band Hero (when I transfer my stuff to PS3).
Anyone want to swap their wii band hero code for my gh5 ( PAL ).
Ta.
Yes, I would like to. I have an unused code. is yours definately unused?
But how do you import the songs?
