I fixed it by taking apart the whole pad, cutting out a round piece of tin and glueing it to the plastic pad with contact cement and glueing the sensor on as well. I fixed my pedal the same way as well after I stomped on it too hard. My drums can take a good beating now. Only problem now is breaking drumsticks. lol I also split my red pad in half. And if the strum bar doesn't really strum well, you can put a piece of double-sided tape with only 1 side sticky on too, this'll decrease the distance between the strum bar and switches. God damn it I'm getting desperate here, do you realize how many times I have to switch my discs around just so I can play certain songs that I love? not only that I might end up screwing my disc drive on my xbox, it's annoying as **** but no, Activison doesnt realize that now do they, all they care about is their greedy mother @#$%^&* money.
